  Poor customer service….came in for a pick up order and 6 dashers were waiting 30 plus mins. One customers pizza was waiting for 40 mins the one person working both the cash register and making the food let his pizza sit. This place is severely under staffed. Oh PH DO BETTER. And the person working on 10/3/26 loose the attitude when someone ask for an eta, there is no way ppl should have to wait 40 mins for a to go order!!!!!

  Placed an order on the app with the wrong flavored wings. Tried contacting the store within 2 minutes spent 25 minutes on hold after 7 calls and only an answer from the call center. Door dasher asked them to change the order, they refused and continued to ignore the phone even after being told I tried calling. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

  Once upon a time, in a land not so far away, a mother ordered three pizzas for her son’s birthday party. Being a responsible and organized mother, she scheduled her pizzas for 5:45 PM pickup, knowing the birthday festivities would begin promptly at 6:00. She arrived at the Pizza Hut kingdom at the appointed hour, only to discover a lobby filled with fellow travelers awaiting their own feasts. And so they waited. And waited. And waited some more. For more than 25 minutes, not a single inhabitant of the Pizza Hut kingdom emerged from behind the mysterious kitchen wall to acknowledge the growing crowd. The villagers began to wonder: Had the employees vanished? Had the restaurant been abandoned? Were they now responsible for making their own pizzas? At last, a Pizza Hut representative appeared! Hope swept through the village. The representative helped one fortunate traveler… …and disappeared. Some time later, the representative emerged again! Another traveler was chosen. And the representative disappeared once more. This ritual continued. The Pizza Hut emissary would periodically materialize from behind the kitchen wall, assist one chosen villager, and retreat back into the mysterious realm from whence they came. Our heroine remained. Another TWENTY MINUTES passed. At long last, she was chosen. But alas, the Pizza Hut emissary brought terrible news. One of the birthday pizzas had BURNED. It must be forged anew. Meanwhile, the remaining pizzas had apparently been sitting around contemplating the meaning of life while growing colder by the minute. The birthday party was already underway in a distant land, completely pizzaless. Eventually, the feast was bestowed upon the exhausted mother. The kingdom apologized for her ordeal and issued a grand proclamation: “You shall receive a FULL REFUND! And also…a COOKIE! And a BROWNIE!” The mother rejoiced. All was forgiven. Surely the kingdom had made things right. But days passed. No refund. No cookie. No brownie. And thus began: ✨ THE QUEST FOR THE MYTHICAL PIZZA HUT REFUND ✨ The mother contacted the powerful rulers of Guest Relations and told them her tale. They acknowledged that the local kingdom had failed to fulfill its promise. “Fear not!” they essentially proclaimed. “Instead of the full refund you were promised, we shall bestow upon you…$25 in Pizza Hut credit and some desserts!” “But I seek no new treasure,” replied the increasingly bewildered mother. “I simply seek the treasure I was already promised.” And then… Silence. Guest Relations disappeared into the mist, never to respond again. To this day, the mother wonders what became of the legendary refund, the enchanted cookie, and the sacred brownie. Some say they never existed at all. Others say that on a quiet night, if you stand outside Pizza Hut and listen closely, you can still hear Guest Relations whispering from the darkness: “Your feedback is very important to us…” And so ends our tale. ⭐ The End. ⭐

  I’ve ordered from this location a few times now, and I’ve consistently been pleased with both the food and the service. Each time I’ve picked up food from here, I’ve been helped by a man who I believe is the store manager. He’s always been very polite and has opened each box to make sure the order looks correct. My food has always been hot when I receive it. The store itself does look a little outdated and run-down, but it has always been clean, which is what matters most to me.

  My pizza fell out of it's container during handoff. The other pizza was missing the crust seasoning. Breadsticks were dry. Called manager and told about pizzas. Was told new pizzas were being sent out. Almost 2 hours now, no pizza. Have been on hold with this location for 18 minutes now trying to get in touch. Super disappointed. $50 in food shoild be better than what we received.
