- CCCindy4 days ago1.0We order from here all the time the last 3 orders where the worst one didn’t bring the sauce that I paid for called and they send they would send it out never did. The second time no plates napkins or Parmesan and the pizza was all over the box called and complained they did nothing. When I ordered yesterday was the last straw they brought my food awesome and I paid with cash the driver had zero change I always tip but I’m not tipping what they say I need to welll yesterday I had to pissed me off. Then again no napkins plates or Parmesan. Called the girl said they’re was nothing they can do because door dash brought it. I beyond angry and I said about the napkins and stuff well we don’t actually have to give you any. Ok asked for a manager was on hold for 15 min I hung up. This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever encountered.

Usually they forget the main entree! 🤦♀️ When you call, you get a call center, who transfers you to a team of toddlers ran by an unpleasant man. I ordered today, paid almost $50, and didn’t receive either of my pastas. They said they were sending my pastas out immediately and they would be here in 15 mins. It’s been 30+ mins and I still haven’t received it. I call and they place me on hold. I don’t think I’m receiving my items at all. Don’t order from here. They steal your money. I usually leave polite reviews. This establishment does not deserve that.
