  The front at the front desk who said her name was Mary was very helpful and fast and had a smile on her face the whole time

  Good manager but very poor employees and dirty store. They were 20 minutes late for our pizza and ended up giving me a gift card for one of them because the employees forgot to make it.

  Door dasher informed us this place was throwing food around and being disrespectful. Our food was all messed up when we opened the boxes. Very disappointed!

  Highly recommend reconsidering where you order. 0/10 Placed an order at 6:11, estimated delivery 7:06. Cool... Watched the tracker, started preparing around 6:35-6:40. Cool. 7:10 nothing, check, still preparing. Okay I get it its estimated time. 7:20 still preparing. Call the store to check. "We just put it in so 10-15 minutes more" I said "so you've been preparing it for almost an hour, and it said it would be delivered in less than an hour give or take" "We've been busy" snarky I said "I understand that but you're telling me you just hit its being prepared but its not" Then she gets really rude "I don't know what they're doing in the kitchen" Mind you this store is literally to go only, so what are you even doing?! I said okay so my order that was supposed to be less than an hour will actually be 2 hours by the time I get it. She LAUGHS and says "no it won't" I said "it was placed at 6:11, its now 7:30 another 10-15 and then delivery that'll be 2 hours" "Like I said were busy" 8:03, still preparing my order. I call the store, it was a guy, super nice I said "I just need to cancel my order" he said "okay, sorry about that" he was super nice, I asked if id get a refund and he said yes. Cool thanks. 8:20 I get a text that my pizza is heading out for delivery..... 😑. I responded with, I called 20 minutes okay to cancel. He responded, okay sorry. Now will I get my refund, guess will find out.. I understand getting behind, I understand estimated time. But what i don't understand is how people work in customer service if they don't know how to be decent. I wasnt being rude, I was patient and understanding but when you have kids that need to eat and a time of less than an hour and it would've been delivered 2 1/2 hours LATER. Thats not how you handle things and customers have a right to be upset. First and LAST time ordering from here. Wouldn't recommend based off the other reviews that I read, after my order was already late.
