  Horrid wait time to pick up DoorDash Delivery orders. Barely staffed by GM and items forgotten making wait times even longer when they have to remake the items. Costs drivers extra time and money.

  I’m not sure of the female manager’s name is at this location, but she is possibly Asian. No racism intended as I didn’t get her name, but her demeanor and how she speaks to her employees is absolutely repulsive. You’re screaming at these young adults like they’re children. I wouldn’t even scream at a child that way. I went in to pick up an order, and this was a young man who was working the window, but then he was also trying to help others, and she kept screaming at him that she was already helping those people. Then, she proceeded to turn around and scream at the people behind her making pizza. I get that that’s a fast-paced environment, and I don’t think she can handle it. I mean, just downright rude and nasty. I would have walked out. I don’t know how they were dealing with that. No employee deserves to be screamed at, and I mean right out in front of customers as well. Lady, you need to get it together.

  Wish I could give a zero... literally the worst managed store I have ever been to. Wait times were double what was estimated, terrible customer service, manager that didn't want to take accountability. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! GO TO ANYWHERE ELSE!

  This location is terrible in customer service. You’ve got a little Asian lady with a very bad attitude that lies to customers about wait times and when confronted she tells you that you can leave her store. I wish I could’ve recorded from the beginning but I didn’t know that she was going to be disrespectful from the beginning. But I do have a video of her refusing to give her name so that I could report her to her superiors. I think that this is very unprofessional as a store manager. On this day there were multiple customerspeople being that canceled their orders because of the store managers lies about wait times. I can’t attach videos to this post but I will try to comment the video so that we can try to identify the store manager who wouldn’t identify her self. In the photos attached you can see her pointing her finger telling me to get out.
