  I ordered a melt. Menu shows 2 slices. I have always gotten 2 slices as picture shows. Sara said I have to order it as full. There is not any mentioning of that when ordering. Plus when I called I waited 10 min listening to all the ads. She said she was the only one there. My husband picked up the order. He said there where at least 3 other people in there or more. She also tried charging him more for the 1 topping pizza at $9.99 we had stuffed crust for $3.00 equaling $12.99. Wanted to charge $21 something. I did get agitated with her because she was so unprofessional. Didn't want to here what was wrong, just wanted to tell me I ordered it wrong. I will not be back for awhile, and it most certainly won't be to that location.

  This place is so SLOW if I didn’t like the food I would never go here ordered on line said 15 minutes and it took a half hour to get my pizza, I have done DoorDash from here also and have never had a good experience manager always has excuses

  Had carryout. Pizza was room temperature and had to wait 5 minutes for breadsticks.

  Was waiting to pick up an order. Instead people are standing around talking. Talking about how bad the last crew was but yet they can't even make what's on the order. Was to pick up by 7:02. And its 7:13 now.

  Ordered 3 large pizzas after getting off work. 1 of them was incorrect, and called the store to inform them. Lady I spoke to was very polite and apologetic, and offered to remake the pizza and add a dessert for the inconvenience. She said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When arriving to pick the replacement, the lady at the counter/drive thru window had no idea what I was talking about and refused to help. I had to wait another 20 minutes until another employee handed me my order. The pizzas were absolutely terrible… I’m pretty sure they use expired or month old dough, because the Pizza Hut on Maple St has never tasted this horrible, even when eating as a leftover the next day. Messed up my order Worker refused to deal with it Pizza was horrendous Would give this location 0 stars, but the lady who apologized, corrected my order and threw in free dessert gets a star.
