  If I could give no stars I would. They completely destroyed my avocado toast!? Just threw chopped avocadoes on burnt pieces of bread very messy presentation. Not the panera Avo I usually receive. Gave them a second chance waited 15 min for the remake, had to call for them to bring it out. They just mushed it down, I try it and it tastes like burnt plastic or chemicals disgusting! I had to request refund. Manager thought it was amusing. Unbelievably horrible. This was the Saddlecreek location.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Family’s Go-To Spot – Panera Delivers Every Time! We eat at Panera regularly, and it has become a true favorite for our whole family. The staff works so hard to prepare fresh, delicious food, and you can really taste the care they put into every order. Everything always arrives hot and fresh — the sandwiches, soups, salads, and baked goods are consistently wonderful. We’re so grateful for the reliable quality and the kind team that makes it happen. It can get busy (as expected at a popular spot), but if you give them a little heads-up on your order, they go out of their way to make it right — and they always have for us. Highly recommend Panera to anyone looking for great food and great people behind it. Thank you for making our meals better every time!

  I got a bowl of chicken noodle soup ot was $10. There's was maybe half an ounce of chicken in the entire bowl and the pieces were so small I felt like was eating gristle. The noodles were bland and clearly industrial made to make the soup filling without spending money on real ingredients like chicken or vegetables. I felt like I was eating a $10 can of Campbell's soup. I cannot believe this place is still in business

  Shut this place down or get new management ASAP. Went to the drive thru and asked if they had any cinnamon crunch bagels and was told no. Ok fine, it was later in the afternoon so I get it. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich and left. Went to take a bite of my sandwich and stopped to inspect the lettuce because it was that nasty ditch weed looking lettuce which I hate, and while looking at the lettuce I noticed a piece of hair in my sandwich. Disgusting! Luckily we weren't very far away so we drove back and I went inside to get my money back. When I did that I noticed that they were indeed not out of cinnamon crunch bagels. They lady was just too damn lazy to go look. Lazy, liars and gross. Corporate will be hearing from me.
