Quick service but they sometimes forget an item or two. One of the order takers is kinda rude, don’t go there when she’s working or she’ll let you know you’re irritating her, usually clean inside so not bad

Stood at the cash register at the counter for 10 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break waiting for someone to help me.. All I had to do was pay for the order because the kiosk card reader was down. I was walked by and ignored by multiple employees about 7 times while waiting.

The black manager with the braids should be fired. Gave my boyfriend the nastiest look + tone in her voice when she handed him the cookies that he waited 20 minutes for. He was nothing but understanding about how long it took since he’s worked fast food too, so I have no idea why she had such an attitude. They came undercooked too, I don’t even know how you do that with McDonald’s cookies. I’m pregnant and can’t have undercooked anything so it was just disappointing all around. I understand being bitchy to rude customers, but when you go out of your way to be disrespectful to people who did nothing wrong… you clearly have an issue.

Missing items from an app order. No idea how this happens.
