  Got McNuggets meal deal comes with World Cup “cup” got home and my kids was disappointed we didn’t receive it went back and said he couldn’t give me one

  This is my second time choosing to come to this McDonald’s and I wasn’t satisfied with either times. I chose to come back to this McDonald’s after the first time hoping that it was just the service working that night that made my food horribly but no. This time I ordered a large pineapple mango refresher and a medium caramel frappe. The refresher had no popping boba in it like it’s originally supposed to have and it’s not even stated on the menu that they’re out. We had no idea until the man at the window told us they were out. We also ordered the medium frappe and then ended up with a small. Once again, I left unsatisfied.

  This is my second time coming here and they messed up my order the first and second time. I’m very disappointed. We got the mango pineapple refresher and there was no boba and they never informed us about it until after we paid. Last time we came here they made our iced mochas terribly and the cups were sticky.

  I was not satisfied with the service provided at this McDonalds. I ordered two iced coffees and once I pulled up to the drive thru, I was met with a man who told me to pull up to the extra window to wait for my too iced coffees. Mind you, I was the only car going through the drive thru. I waited about 10 minutes before I finally got my coffee, one of which that was hot blended well and the other that tasted like straight up black coffee. Overall, very slow service and bad coffee, wouldn’t recommend.
