  This location has gone downhill, the whole place needs a good deep clean. Floors were greasy throughout the entire restaurant. Unorganized and if something could be out like ketchup or hand soap it probably was.

  I showed up 10 minutes before close and was told after waiting about 5 minutes in line they had closed their tills and they could not take my 30 dollar order. I should’ve gone to 108th and maple. Everytime i come to this location its always something stupid like its burger king. I ran a burger king for 2 years and id never close my tills before close. Either that or the blonde young lady at the window lied to me tonight. Either way i worked a 15 hours shift today and just wanted mcdonalds, im done with this location and this place genuinely deserves to get shut down for how horrible the nightshift always has been. I tried to even order a macchiato tonight to make sure i dont pass out as soon as i get home, and i couldnt even get that because they were “cleaning the machine”. Overall this location is always just ridiculously unprofessional and corporate needs to fire some people at this point.

  20 minutes waiting time seemed to be normal. It happened to me multiple times at this location. I wouldn’t blame the staff for this as it definitely is a poor management issue. Staffing levels are way below minimum as they can’t handle the orders on time in an absolutely empty lobby.
