  Sitting in drive thru and they told me to wait. It’s a double drive. The people to the left of me got their orders, literally 4 cars and I’m still sitting there. I left. Not cool at all.

  Been coming to this location for years. The food is usually hot and good. The service is SOMETIMES ok. The amount of times im ignored, or handed food/reciepts without anyone saying something to me is pretty crazy. The single most annoying thing, though, is that they are unable to give me the correct sauces. 90% of the time, the sauce is either wrong, or just not there at all.

  So it's 6:34 Tuesday May 5th. We told them at the speaker that we needed a minute for our code and they just kept repeating okay what do you want okay what do you want okay what do you want. They gave me my Oreo McFlurry not mixed up. I had a mixed it up and then she was upset that she got Oreo on her she like snatched the paper towels and use them to brush the Oreo off of her like this is a job you're not out here having fun. They were rude the whole time glaring at us because we didn't pull forward even because we asked they never smiled. And she put something in it. She refused to give me her name. Darmody do better even the manager was glaring at us. This is why I only go to your Bellevue location.

  All I ordered was fries and a coffee. Fries were given to my right away but I had to wait on the mocha frappe and when I got it there was coffee grounds all in it. My son and I had been throwing up all day because of this place yall need a health inspector and to show your workers some gmps on washing your hands because I guarantee they are not washing their hands and those machines are dirty. I will never go back to this location and truly insist a health inspector needs to visit unexpectedly.
