  I consistently come here, and compared to all other McDonald’s in the city, debatably the state cuz I have always had really poor experiences in Lincoln. The workers always have a great attitude and they always get you right through. If you are in a hurry this is the spot! They need to model the other locations on this one. Keep it up

  I normally dread going here because of the customer service on Friday night..grandkids dinner on Fridays. However tonight was such a an amazing experience..the person who took my payment was rude..but then pulled up to the window to get their food. CORBIN was at the window..he was absolutely amazing. Friendly and a true smile..because of CORBIN we will be back next Friday..

  Why is it so hard to comprehend a simple order? Why do we as customers get so much pushback for extra sauce at the 2nd window? Why do they tell us " Why didnt you order it at the speaker" ? Why when you ask for 2 sauces you dont get any? Why is this so hard? Slow it down ! Read the gosh darn screen ! This is lazy ! This is sloppy ! Going to a different location next time. And btw unrelated to this incident today dawn is not a nice person. AT ALL!
