The worker is standing there scratching his ears and hair and then refuses to wash his hands when I politely asked him to. He then helps someone else without washing his hands and have them cut in front of me. I get the manager, and they still dont have them wash their hands. A month or so ago, I got a cold sores from eating donuts here because the worker that helped us did not look the cleanest, and I just know she didn't wash her hands neither. I ended up walking out and leaving my order there. This place does not have the best sanitation skills or customer service skills. 3 different ppl cut in front of us, but thats ok. They can eat those germs. I highly doubt that I will ever return here. I was getting donuts for my son, but i refuse to allow him to eat someone's hair and ear wax. Shame on the manager for not making his employee wash their hands. That should be protocol if you touch your face.
