- KKkaycarmelmarie2 days ago1.0A young lady in drive through Monday May 18th gives me a hard time when I come during the hot now light time with my 4 kids,gives me a box of cold donuts when asked nicely for hot now. I only came because I was notified by the app. My kids were so disappointed , it’s not even remotely fair if the sign is on and they promote it.

I do understand you can only ask so much of drive thru workers but get someone in the window that can acknowledge someone. Pulled up to the window and she snatched my card from me with saying anything. Then gave it back to me closing the window. Opened the window again and stared at me with a blank expression, holding the box of donuts. I took the box and she continued to give me this glare. Would like to have some one at least say “here you go”.

- APabhishek paridaApr 21, 20261.0I have been going with kids for last 2 years and we enjoy the hot donuts and all other donuts and sometimes coffee. Today we got donuts and a small coffee. While checked I see the coffee was not at all hot and ready bad test . I requested at the counter to replace this as it’s really not good. The guy at the counter just rudely refused to do anything and told I can’t do anything as you already got it . It was today around 5 20 pm . I stoped escalating more and came back as was with kids . Really sad 😔
