  Ordered online tonight, because it let us 5 minutes before close. If you aren’t going to make quality food before closing, then don’t have online ordering on, so I can take my money elsewhere. Ez and regular ingredients, yet these are the sandwiches we got. Unacceptable, fire employees who do not care about your business and hire at a better wage to get employees that care. Consumers beware with this location. Explains why JJ’s is going down hill. Trashed and will be calling you in the morning for a full refund since your employee’s decide to ignore the phone and leave us on read.

  This Jimmy John's is located in West Omaha, just North of 156th and Dodge on the East side of 156th Street. Very helpful and courteous staff 😀 Nice selection of menu items 🥪🫔🌯🧋🥤🧃They offer online ordering for in-store pickup, or delivery 🚗 services available 😀 Free parking available including handicap ♿️ spaces 👨‍🦽👩‍🦽 Wheelchair ♿️ 👩‍🦼 👨‍🦽 accessible ramp and doors 🚪. Give them a try 😀 😋👍

  Our orders lately have been wrong- missing ranch, mayo, not cut in half, bread not taken out etc. I took the time to contact the store to let them know our order was wrong yet again and the employee who answered the phone chuckled and said "we have all trainees working today". So order at your own risk I guess.
