- MMMacSep 21, 20261.0The lady who took our order was very short and didn't even smile once. We ordered to-go and she just threw our sandwiches on the counter and said there's the bags and napkins. Nobody else was in line... I used to be a General Manager. I believe you ALWAYS put the customers food in bags for them... never will be coming here again and this is also my first time trying Jimmy Johns!!,

When I inquired to customer support they said I can only get a credit or coupon if I sign up for their loyalty program! What good is asking customers to be loyal without providing the correct sandwich in the first place? And then using garbage AI as the customer support, ridiculous.
