  This location has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. On two separate occasions, I waited over two hours for a delivery, only to call and be met with complete indifference on the other end of the line. The response was essentially, “Do you want a refund or a replacement?”—with no sense of urgency, accountability, or effort to make things right. You’d expect at least a basic attempt to go above and beyond, but it felt more like going below and beneath. I genuinely like Jimmy John’s, but not this location. After being let down here again, I called the 52nd and L Street location, and the difference was shocking—they immediately took care of me and even comped my meal, despite not even being the source of the issue. The contrast says everything.

  Not just this location... but they've been adding less toppings. My sandwiches used to be so big but now you get like 2 pieces of turkey.

  Went to Jimmy John’s got me one sandwich. Was half way eating when I looked down at my sandwich and see a white hair between the cucumbers and the ham. Never going back to this place again.

  Stopped by Jimmy John’s and it was a solid experience. The wrap was fresh, they made it fast, and everything tasted good. Nothing fancy, just exactly what I wanted. Would definitely go back when I’m in the mood for a quick, easy meal. I wish there was more veggie options in the Italian wrap it seemed to be very meaty.
