  Ordered through the app, went to pick up about 20min later. Neither sandwich was made, waited a bit for them to make the order. Paid for it then went to check the sandwiches and neither one was done right. Returned them then went to get food somewhere else. Probably the worst and most run down Jimmy John’s in Omaha tbh.

  Made an online order 35 minutes ahead of time, showed up an empty store and our order was still not ready. We were given the wrong chips in our bag, and both sandwiches were made incorrectly. One sandwich was requested to have no onions and it came with both onions and mayo when the sandwich doesn’t even have mayo on it.

  We waited for over an hour for an online order and we ordered it 30 minutes prior to arriving at the location. In addition this was the second time we had gotten it in a week and it was the same both time.

  It's a Jimmy John's. It did feel clean and the staff efficient and friendly.

  I put an order in online to be delivered at my workplace. When it didn't come, I called and waited on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up and calling again two times. I finally went in and pick up my own order. The manager said he didn't know how to refund the delivery fee, and when I got back to my workplace, the sandwiches were not what was ordered. Love Jimmy Johns food in general but the service at this store has been slow and inaccurate at multiple times.
