- EREmmaleigh RogowskiJul 1, 20261.0I ordered one slim 5 sandwich ( didn’t add anything to it just the way it comes) through a mobile drive thru pickup, I was checking the app to see when it was ready I waited m 30 minutes before I decided to go to through the drive thru to see if it was ready, asked the guy at the window how long it had been sitting out he said “ oh i don’t know AWHILE” I told him that the app said it wasn’t ready yet and he said “ oh that’s weird” he didnt show a care in the world that my sandwich had been sitting out ready for 30 minutes and nobody had marked it ready in the system for me to know that I could go pick it up, very disappointed never going to this location again.

I don’t mean it didn’t have much meat, I mean there wasn’t a speck of meat on my sandwich. Just bread, tomato, lettuce, onion, jalepenos and sauce. No cheese either. Called the store and told the lady who answered the phone and all she did was put me on hold for the manager. Manager picked up and gave me two options, either they’d try to make me a new sandwich for free, but he didn’t think a third party driver would deliver it. Or credit my account. There was no apology from either employee until well into the conversation with the manager. So I guess my dinner tonight is a bag of chips and a lot of frustration.
