    Placed an online order for four sandwiches, went in to pick them up, and none of them had been made. I let the employee know I had placed an online order, and was told it would “be awhile for four sandwiches.” Mind you—there wasn’t a single other customer in the store. On top of that, we requested two of the four sandwiches to be unwiches, and only one was made correctly. The #12 we ordered didn’t have any meat on it, which is a basic part of the sandwich. To make matters worse, the employee in the front said to another staff member, “We don’t have the means to make this kind of sandwich with the condiments requested. How am I supposed to make this?” and left out the avocado spread requested. Here’s a thought: Let's first learn the basics of Customer service and what that entails. Secondly, if a sandwich with additional condiments is “too hard” to make, it shouldn’t be offered as an option online. What a waste of $65. Won't be ordering from this location again. If you can, avoid this location.

    I went through the drive thru . The service was good… very friendly. But… I ordered a Vito with no tomatoes and add Mayo. There were tomatoes on the sandwich and no Mayo.Took two bites and then tossed the sandwich.

    Young man named Cohen made our sandwiches. He provided the friendliest service. I can't commend him enough to Jimmy John's. Cohen is a keeper. His mom and dad should be very proud as well.

    Was VERY slow in the drive thru. Twice now I have ordered ahead for pickup only to sit in the line for 20 minutes just for one sandwich :(

    Disappointing visit tonight. Ordered 2 sandwiches and both were made wrong. On top of that, each included just 1 extremely thin piece of meat. Neither was cut in half as requested and the drive through was the opposite of “freaky fast”. Will consider a different sandwich shop next time.
