  I was having an issue using the app. The employee helped me and had my sandwich ready in a few minutes. No wait, clean restaurant

  It's been a whole month now & still haven't received my refund of $25! I went in on April 1st with my children and on the key pad I put in $2.50, I made sure to check it as my baby was being wild but somehow when I checked my bank it showed an amount that I know wasn't right, someone else put in $25 for a tip hoping that I wasn't going to find out. I went in like 5 times to complain because I still haven't received my refund, I even called the place numerous times & a girl name Ty keeps lying saying it's she's not there but funny how when I came in the same day she was there, she claims noone stole my $25 ok so why haven't I been refunded as of yet, her supervisor advised her to give a me a $20 store credit, I don't want y'all food anymore, I just want my money back, the whole $25 😑....

  HORRIBLE, I asked for my bacon to be TOASTED outside of the cold sandwhich previously before someone toasted my bacon. If I’m adding on BACON to a cold sandwich I should be ABLE TO DO SO! Eric stated I couldn’t !! But before numerous of times someone has!
