  They take forever to deliver your food, however today I waited an hour before I eventually called to find out they did not have a driver.

  I can't tell you about the food but I can tell you about the atmosphere. I walked in and being the only customer in the store you would think one of the 3 working there would have greeted me or said we will be right there or even make eye contact...nope. a girl finally came to the counter and got my order. during this time another customer walked in. When the sandwiches were ready they just called out the order and again no eye contact and there were only 2 customers. On the way out there was a voice from the back of the store that said thank you. It was incredible. I am used to the jimmy johns closer to my house where they always greet you and they are friendly. I'm at a loss for this one, not what I'm used to. Also when did they start keeping the bread next to the register. Normally I do not rate anything but this such a cold atmosphere I just had to

  I placed a mobile order for this store very close to closing without realizing it. When i got to the store (soon after closing) my food was waiting for me at the window. The man who served me was SO nice. I was so happy and impressed to have gotten my food, even after my mistake!!!

  I had a very good experience at this location. The staff was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable about the apps and the rewards, even when I could not figure it out. The ingredients were fresh and my sandwich was made very nicely. I will be back!

  Normally this location is great, but today (May 12th) was ROUGH. I asked for a chicken Cesar wrap with no tomato and extra lettuce. The wrap came with tomatoes and barely any lettuce. Then I asked for a side of potato salad and they gave me one that is out of date :(
