  If you want to spend $20 on a sandwich, get ignored for 15 minutes in an empty store, then have to bag up your food yourself, this is the spot for you.

  Today i went to this store and got the worse customer service in my life. And to make things worse it was my birthday and fron the manger of the store a short latina chick. I will never come to this store. If jimmy johns want somone who is so disrspectful and rude to customers. Someone who cant even add a simple coupon on to the orde as a manger. I feel scammed. Jimmy johns cant even honor what they advised in there emails. FALSE ADVERTISEMT!!!!!!!!!

  The service was awful. Especially, the young black lady was super rude with no willingness to help with the menu.

  I wish I didn’t even have to give a star and I’m so upset I called corporate. I always wonder why there is never a line at this jj and today I found out. I was greeted on intercom by a very quiet employee saying one second no hello, hi, or can you wait! I could hardly understand her. Then as I waiting I looked in restaurant thinking maybe there busy inside. No one was in restaurant except two employees playing around with a mop as I sat in my car for 10 mins. After many songs playing on radio I said hello and still no response but these employees fouling around. So I took myself to Arby’s!

  Date: April 23rd 2026 Location: Jimmy John’s, 84th Street I have to say, this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Customer service should be warm, nice, and welcoming, but none of that was present here. The lady taking my order didn’t even look at me, made me wait for 20 min and gave me a really unwelcoming attitude. On top of that, she didn’t even bother putting my sandwiches in a bag—just said, “There’s your sandwiches, grab them, and here are the napkins.” I had to get my own napkins as well. This kind of customer service is just not okay. I will definitely not be returning.
