  Stopped by Friday to pickup a mobile order and person on the speaker was extremely rude and frustrated when I said my order was a web order and not DoorDash and he goes “ well it says DoorDash on here so it’s DoorDash” my receipt said “ web order”

  Husband comes here a lot after work over at the hospital, and this is my first time being severely disappointed. This was what I got for an unwich. Chicken Caesar. For 11 bucks, this was just very sad. First bad experience, and we've been ordering here for quite a while. Look at unwich sandwiches others have gotten of same kind, then look at this...

  I buy a sandwich from this Jimmy John’s fairly often. I’ve never had a wrong order. Like the ads say it’s fresh food fast. But I’m really just writing this review to give a special shout out to Gina who often works the windows at night. Gina is a welcoming, kind, fun, efficient and genuinely authentic person. You can tell she cares about and likes people and always takes that extra step to be present in the moment which can be pretty rare these days. She’s a true treasure!
