  Excellent food and service. They have all kinds of infused drinks. Great selection of wines. The salmon was tasty served on a wooden piece that looks like a slice of bread. Broccoli was lemon flavored with butter. And the whipped potatoes just fabulous. Bread was a sour dough fresh baked. The crab soup course was tasty. And lastly the chocolate mousse, with dark chocolate chips crunchy added to a good dining experience. We took a picture outside the restaurant

  Love love love this place. We had wagyu burger and filet mignon. They were super tender and flavorful. I will come back here definitely.

  I have to start with I had a gentleman named Scott as my waiter there, that being said he is absolutely the best way to I've had at a restaurant in ages. As for the food I had the lamb which was cooked perfectly and the broccolini which was a tad over but still excellent. Can an apple crumb that was also phenomenal. I can absolutely recommend J Gilbert's.

  We are frequent guests at J.Gilberts. We often dine at the bar, or in the bar area. The service has always been stellar, and the food is consistent. Happy hour is fantastic and the drinks are wonderful. Steaks are prepared as ordered. I’d especially like to give a shout out to Kansas and Virginia for always taking care of us! Kansas makes the best drinks, and Virginia always follows up to make sure we are well taken care of. There is a reason we dine here weekly! The consistency of the food and drinks, the amazing service, and the complete experience. Highly recommend J.Gilberts, and look for Kansas and Virginia.

  The atmosphere at J Gilbert’s is the same as it always has been a little loud, but it’s clean and you can have a drink at the bar and catch a little bit of the game and get seated on time without issues. What sets them apart Is the service. Our waitress Konatsu, made a date night dinner an experience to remember. Aside of being the absolute sweetest young lady you could ever speak with, her demeanor, responsiveness, suggestions, and everything are top-notch. We will be back sooner because of her….just amazing!
