- MBMikayla Baker4 days ago2.0The coffee is one of my favorites in Omaha but today was my last straw. The service is SO slow. I was in the drive through today and waited for 30 minutes for 2 iced lattes. There was only one car in front of me that took about 10 minutes which is what we normally wait (still super slow for a coffee drive through) but this time we waited another 20 minutes for our two coffees. Multiple people backed out of the drive through and left the parking lot which happens almost every time we come here. By the time we were given our coffee the ice was melted and to add insult to injury the lid wasnât on all the way and it spilled all over me. The coffee is a 10/10 but they really need to figure out their throughput issues.
