  Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes after ordering because the barista couldn’t figure out how to make a macchiato. The cars lined up behind me and she stopped coming to the window. We waited another 15 minutes. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left. Another barista came to the window with our drinks and offered free muffin for the wait. The muffin was stale.

  Hands down the best coffee spot ever. What makes it best? The exclusivity of the narrow club of “IYKYK.” This place brings not only an absolutely delicious cup of joe, it brings memories of places, people, and events. If you are a part of the club, you will certainly appreciate this place, if not… you’ll still likely enjoy great coffee, friendly service, and unique atmosphere. Cheers to a great cup!

  The coffee is one of my favorites in Omaha but today was my last straw. The service is SO slow. I was in the drive through today and waited for 30 minutes for 2 iced lattes. There was only one car in front of me that took about 10 minutes which is what we normally wait (still super slow for a coffee drive through) but this time we waited another 20 minutes for our two coffees. Multiple people backed out of the drive through and left the parking lot which happens almost every time we come here. By the time we were given our coffee the ice was melted and to add insult to injury the lid wasn’t on all the way and it spilled all over me. The coffee is a 10/10 but they really need to figure out their throughput issues.
