  Ghost Donkey is visually stunning and has an undeniable aesthetic, but the hospitality on our visit was completely lacking. We arrived early on a Friday evening, and despite being the very first people at the bar to place an order, my drink was completely forgotten. When I politely followed up to ask about it, the bartender didn't apologize - instead, she bluntly told me that she had other orders to make first and would get to mine eventually. There were zero smiles, no warmth, and an overall low-energy, indifferent attitude from behind the bar that set a sour tone for the rest of the night. If a venue charges premium prices for craft cocktails, the service needs to reflect that standard. It’s an absolute shame because the space itself is lovely and has so much potential, but great decor can’t compensate for dismissive service. Won't be rushing back.

  Some friends and I came here for some drinks for her birthday. This was our first time here so we didn’t know how the bar/seating was arranged. We waited at the bar for about 5 minutes before a bartender told us to find a seat and a server would meet us. The place was pretty empty. It took a server about 10 minutes to greet us, and took another 15 minutes to receive our drinks, still missing a birthday shot. A person in our group was also charged an extra $9 for a shot of Tito’s. Overall service was not good, and the drinks were pretty bad.

  cannot recommend enough, drinks were phenomal, staff at either end were so friendly and helpful, will definitely be back

  If it is your first time visiting you enter through Cham Pang Lanes next door. We initially walked by and missed the entrance, and then while sitting on the patio saw two other groups walk back and forth looking for the entrance, and we let them know how to get in. Very fun vibe. The indoor area is almost like a speakeasy with the dim lighting, and the outdoor section is much more open. The tacos and quesadilla were excellent, as well as the margaritas.
