Arry was amazing! She gave excellent customer service and really made the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in giving great service.
Her positive attitude and professionalism stood out the most. Arry made the visit smooth and memorable. I would definitely recommend asking for her if you want great service!

B&g terrible dry hash browns eggs sucked gravy was good not enough to choke down dry biscuits coffee so so. For the price you need to step it up not coming back

Prices are outrageous for food on par with Denny's. The Quesabirria Omelet was flavorless, calling that birria is an insult to any Hispanic restaurant. The strawberry cheesecake egg rolls were just strawberry pie filling in an egg wrap with a bunch of whip cream on the side. Idk where any cheesecake was. Despite little options, they were at least very accommodating to a vegetarian diet. Menu sounds creative but the result is an overly hyped sad excuse for what it's called.

Arry was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we sat down, they made our experience at Early Bird feel welcoming, smooth, and enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. The service was quick without feeling rushed, and Arry checked in at the perfect times.
It’s rare to have service that feels this genuine and professional. Arry truly went above and beyond and made our visit memorable. We will definitely be coming back to Early Bird and hope to be served by Arry again!

Brand expansion isn't always a good thing. The original in blackstone was really pretty good, this location has an...overly commercialized "almost a Denny's" vibe to it.
The food quality was not great. Breakfast potstoes were luke warm and unseasoned (from a bag), the sausage gravy tasted of clumsy flour and scorched rosemary (who doesnt love to chew on that!), the "when pigs fly" has changed a lot, for the worse, in the two years since living here. Dry ham, absent pork belly, bacon rolled in raw brown sugar (this is not how you candy bacon) and regular bacon...oh and some soy sauce flavored bacon compote. I know many people love a heavy pour on a mimosa, but cheap brute and an eye dropper of pomegranate juice isnt a mixed dink.
Finally, let's talk about your payment system. I really dislike having a server hover over me while waiting for me to press 20, 22, or 25% tip on a $90 mid breakfast for 2. That's just beyond obnoxious.
Also, if youre going to wear painted on yoga pants to work...its not a great look to shove your phone down into your pocket less pants, then pull your phone out, use it, shove it back down there, and then run food.
All in all, im sad to say it was a mediocre expirence across every dimension EXCEPT for leaving, when we were wished a good day by every employee that saw us. Let's have that level of consideration across the board and you'll be the early bird i was expecting.
