  Went for Mother's Day and my children were there ahead of time so idk if you need reservations. My toast was dark and my bacon was rock hard...the staff was nice and it was a nice place. But ...not sure if I would go back.

  Hey there! Just a little constructive feedback about our visit today. We decided to choose EB to celebrate my husband birthday today. Instead of our normal location (Blackstone) we decided to try out Regency. Night and day difference and we will never come back to Regency location. I had to get paper towels out of bathroom to use for my meal (tried to wave a server over to polietly ask for some napkins but unstead was met with a smile as he kept walking), eggs were grossly undercooked I actually got sick in the bathroom from the amount of white goop coming out (admittedly I have a weak stomach), no plates with hasholes (asked manager for some ans he said yeah here ya go), and the worst part was the server seemed either heavily medicated or like zombie. Took about 20 minutes after eating before we saw the check once we asked her for it, then said server awkwardly stood there and watched us fill out the tip line on the receipt 😬. We heard the table next to us talking about our server too- never encountered anyone with no expressions until today. Whatever Blackstone kitchen and staff location does they desperately need to share it with Regency location. Regretful this morning that our first stop was this EB location 😞 In other news the Biscoffee drink was phenomenal 👏

  This is my go to place, however I am not happy about the fact I now have to bother my server for extra sugar or ketchup because they are now not an option for the table. When my server is so busy, I don’t think extra steps need to be taken to track them down for a simple thing that used to be available on the table. Any way for this to come back for patrons trying to eat & enjoy their experience?
