  I gave ONE star on the food ONLY because the Farnam French Toast is no longer available 😞😞😞😞so I chose the Crème Brûlée French Toast instead. The boozy drinks remain delicious 🩶

  Food is always hot and fresh, service is friendly & executed well, even on the most busy of mornings! Many of their signature items are beyond delicious- each & every time you e joy them! Would give 5/5 stars all together on every level!

  For a Friday morning, we waited for 15 minutes to get acknowledged by the server. The place wasn't even packed. Then another 15 minutes for our drinks. Not returning to this location. Very disappointing for a location with the construction hardship. They should be attentive to all their customers that go out of their way to help their business.

  Came in here on a Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised. The place had a nice relaxed vibe, and the staff kept things moving even though it was busy. I ordered eggs, hash browns, and pancakes, and everything came out hot and fresh. The pancakes were fluffy and bigger than I expected. Coffee was decent too, they actually refilled it without me asking which was nice. Prices felt fair for the portion sizes. Not the fanciest breakfast spot around, but solid food and friendly service. I’d come back again for sure.

  Came in here early on a Sunday and it had a really nice, relaxed vibe. The place wasn’t too loud, which I appreciated while waking up with coffee. I ordered pancakes and eggs, and everything tasted fresh, not overly greasy or anything. Coffee kept getting refilled without having to ask much, which was a plus. Service was a little slow at first but picked up once it got going. Portions were decent, maybe not huge but enough to fill you up. Overall a pretty good breakfast spot, I’d probly come back again when I’m in the mood for something simple and reliable.
