I get it almost every morning, but I will no longer be ordering from this location Today, I placed a mobile order at 11:30 for a large refresher and a plain bagel, no cream cheese, not even toasted. I arrived at 11:48, the big screen they have of orders said my order was ready, but it was not. It’s not like I had a complicated order, it was a drink and a bagel, which should have EASILY been made in less than 15 minutes, especially since when I arrived only 2 other people were there, a mother and her daughter. It was not busy. When I asked for my order, the guy asked what the name was, I told him, and he walked away, not a single word said after I told him my name. I didn’t even know if he was working on my order, I just assumed he was until 2 minutes later when another employee comes up and asks for my name, I tell him and he starts working on my order. He tells me they are out of bagels, this location is consistently out of things including DONUTS. It’s literally in your name, how do you run out of donuts?? He offers me alternatives, which I kindly accept. He then starts making my drink and makes it with green tea when I substituted the green tea for lemonade on the app and practically fills the cup up with ice when I selected “less ice” on the app. I tell him this when he brings me my drink and he says he can’t remake it and sends me on my way! I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location and will not be coming back.

This same place was out of crossiants also! Maybe they need to change their name to avoid any embarassing moments like this again!

Proceeded to go back the next and, get this, they do, in fact, make chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles. Been here a handful of times, everyone hates their lives. Better off going to Scooters down the street
