- CCChristy Wermuth (Christmas)Apr 27, 20261.0Tried to surprise my kiddo this morning with donuts (and the plan to grab a couple extra for later and tomorrow) before school since it was a rare weekday that I was off. Got to the store at 06:30 only to find the lights off and the doors locked. There was someone inside walking around but they ignored us at the door so we went back to the car and attempted the drive through thinking maybe they were just understaffed and were waiting for backup. We waited there for a few minutes before we ended up circling back around front without so much as being acknowledged. I got out to double check that their hours didn't change and nope, said they open at 5am. We settled on a couple donuts from the Casey's near our house. That'll be the last time we visit this specific Dunkin establishment. I try not to leave negative reviews because I spent a decade working in food service myself and do understand the struggles but this isn't the first time we've experienced this at this specific location.

Our order is constantly wrong in one way or another, even if we order ahead which they clearly want you to do. Fair enough, but they still get it wrong. Last time we went there, we order Boston Kreme donuts. Every single one of them didn't even have a filling! It's our fault for coming back every time, but I hope to come back when they address these issues which I have also expressed to the management.
