  Came here for morning coffee while in town. Quick, friendly service. Food was hot. Coffee was also hot...too hot to hold. Maybe they can get sleeves for the coffee cups.

  this store is a hit or miss depending on who is working. today i went and they couldnt hear/understand me through the speaker. i ordered a med iced americano with 3 pumps of caramel and they could not seem to understand that concept (asked TWICE if i wanted vanilla and/or banana??). i mentioned looking at the small sticker to make sure it was right and saw the worker rip it off the cup right after i said that. they also never offered or gave us our receipt to check if the drink was correct. i tasted it and it is extremely watered down and does not have the correct taste at all. this is extremely concerning because if i had any severe allergies i would not have known what was potentially in my drink.

  It's better to go to the Scooters and Starbucks around the corner instead of this hot garbage. I've ordered a regular iced coffee and I received an iced chocolate milk in a plastic Dunkin cup. Unbelievable. I've also received burnt iced coffee from this location on a different day. I've ordered a cinnamon roll and received a powdered donut. Dunkin has given up, and I have completely given up on them. It was nice while it lasted.

  If youre menu is featuring a specific drink/flavor, why are you upcharging for the exact flavor that the drink depicts on your menu and picture. You are advertising a Banana Cloud Foam Latte, yet you charge $1 for the Banana Cloud Foam. Make it make sense?
