The guy handed me a glass of milk when I ordered a latte and proceeded to tell me over and over that there’s no coffee or espresso in a latte. Obviously I left… came back and there’s a couple girls here that he’s training and they again handed me a glass of milk with no flavor at all. I asked for a hazelnut latte. Guess Dunkin is bad again for a few years won’t be coming back.

- DLdayanara lopezApr 25, 20261.0I always get a shaken espresso and always tell them I don’t like it too sweet and not too much milk and everytime I get the exact opposite of what I ask for, last time I went back and told them it wasn’t what I asked for and a staff member made a snarky comment to her coworker and shoved the drink they remade in my face. This location use to have attentive staff members and good quality drinks but now it’s just disappointing.
