We ordered a pan pizza, and after biting into it, it was obvious the dough had NOT been fully cooked. The cheese was barely melted, and the crust had absolutely no crunch to it. I called the store and explained the issue to the gentleman who answered. He stated that they would remake the pizza and have it done correctly. I sent my husband to pick up the replacement pizza, and somehow it was even worse than the original. The dough was so severely undercooked to the point that it almost seemed intentional, and also had extra sauce that we never requested. I called back and requested to speak with the general manager. The employee put the phone down and started yelling in the background, the same man who originally answered, got back on the phone claiming he was the manager. He showed zero concern about the problem spoke so quietly, I could barely hear him, and when I asked him for his name, he really responded, “ I don’t have to give it to you.” The pizza was horrible, and the customer service was even worse. Shame on Domino’s for employing management that is this rude, dismissive and uncaring.
