Just came from Dominoes, got home & couldn't wait to eat a slice of my med stuffed crust philly cheesesteak pizza w/ extra jalapenos on it.. A must try if you like spicy foods..Man it was so good n delicous & fresh too.. Couldn't stop eating, that it was so good... A little costly but its well worth it... Also, my compliments to the person who made this pizza!! If I could, I would give them more than 5☆☆☆☆☆... Nice & Friendly staff there too.. Will be back..

Ordered through the app to have set delivery at 8pm. At 7:57 I got a notification that my pizza is on the way (I live two blocks away from this Dominoes store). Twenty minutes later and I get a message that my driver is in the neighborhood but he doesn’t show up. I call the store with some questions. The person who picked up never confirmed it was me and seemed very combative and hung up on me after I asked for a refund.

⭐ (1/5) **Served pork to a Hindu vegetarian child, then threatened by the manager — Store #06121. Avoid if you have dietary or religious restrictions.** We are a Hindu vegetarian family visiting Omaha from Austin, TX. On June 26, I placed a carryout order for a small CUSTOM pizza — pineapple, cheese, olives, onions, NO meat. It's the same custom order my family has placed for years, as my Domino's order history shows. The kitchen assumed pineapple = Hawaiian and added pepperoni. My 7-year-old daughter took a bite before asking what the "pink" topping was. For Hindu vegetarians, our child unknowingly eating pork is a serious religious violation, not a minor mix-up. When I called, manager Angie was rude and dismissive and told me to bring the pizza back. In store, she insisted it was "a perfect Hawaiian pizza" and told me to "read before ordering" — for a custom order that said Hawaiian nowhere. She revealed the kitchen had already remade the order once that evening after catching an internal error, claimed they "don't make such mistakes," then admitted her staff assumed my custom pizza was a Hawaiian and added meat. No apology at any point. When I asked her to remake it correctly for my hungry child, she refused, cancelled my order entirely, and told me to leave or she'd call the police — in front of roughly four customers and her staff. When I began recording (legal in Nebraska), she shouted at me and mimicked dialing 911. I left with no food; my daughter went to bed hungry while I drove to a different Domino's. **UPDATE — July 11, 2026:** Status after 15 days: • June 26: Complaints filed with Domino's corporate the same night (Case IDs 8649582, 8649595) • June 27–29: Auto-acknowledgments received — no substantive response since • Escalation sent to Domino's corporate leadership — no response • Complaint filed with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division (public accommodations) • Complaint filed with the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission • Incident reported to the Hindu American Foundation's bias-incident tracking • Omaha media outlets informed • Team Honey Badger, the franchise group operating store #06121, contacted directly with a formal complaint and a request to preserve the store's surveillance footage from June 26 Two case numbers, multiple emails, two regulators, the franchise owner — and 15 days of silence. Partial video of the incident exists. Every claim above is documented. If you are vegetarian, Hindu, or have any religious dietary restriction: do not trust this location with your order.
