- SSsage sJun 27, 20261.0I tried to order a pizza 2 nights in a row; the first time was through doordash (which was marked as order being prepared.) When I had called after waiting 45+ minutes, my order hadn't been picked 7 minutes from closing time, I was informed how the store was already closed and the guy who was closing "didn't even see the order," and how there was "no way this was going to happen at this time." I was upset at this news after waiting so long, but was happy after finding out I would get $30 credit at this Dominos location, so I figured I would order the next night instead and just let it go. So then, I attempt to call and place a pepperoni pizza order the next night, on a friday night (06/26/26) at 11:22PM (where you are open later than normal until 1am), with the credits I was offered. After that, I was placed on hold for nearly 5 minutes. After getting taken off of hold, I was greeted by someone else, who turned out to be the same man who cancelled my order the night prior and was told, "there's too many orders so I can't accept yours." I'm extremely frustrated with your unreliable delivery service, there is absolutely ZERO reason that I call your store 1 1/2 hours advance to your closing time and get told I cannot order, especially considering how things went the night before (on 6/25/26). Alongside that, the staff member also recognized who I was from the night before, and didn't seem to care about the inconvenience whatsoever. To include, I reside not even 2 minutes away from the location, there's no reason that I should be getting declined two nights in a row, after being promised a confirmed order tonight (6/26/26). It is very evident your staff are in a rush to get out and go home at the end of the night and do not prioritize their customer satisfaction whatsoever. Until your issue is resolved, I refuse to place an order with your company at any of your locations across the metro, even with the free $30 credit I have, as it clearly means absolutely nothing to your staff team or your values. This is so frustrating as your location is so close to my home and how your pizza is my favorite place compared to anywhere else. For now, pizza is off the menu as my orders clearly don't matter to your store or staff. Highly disappointed in your repeatedly inconsistent "delivery" service, no pizza is worth being treated like you don't matter, TWICE at that. If you're gonna order from here, don't expect it to arrive.
