  Food was okay but not the best. The service here was horrible after we left the food area. The guy at the prize counter made it seem like we were in the wrong for cashing our tickets and the cards from the coin pushers. Definitely was a disappointment from last time weve been.

  The bar tender is a theft my bill came out to 151.00 I left him a 13.20 tip he charged my card another twenty dollars without promotion and I am standing up and saying what I got barely came out to 134.00 by the menu cost with the taxes added and to wake up and see more money charged that really wants me to press charges against Dave and Busters for credit card fraud. If you go off the fact that it was just me and my best friend there last night it's basically 75 dollars per person and for a family entertainment center that is outrageous! So I would never recommend anyone to go there

  We went in thinking we'd stay for an hour or two and ended up being there most of the afternoon. My son and I bounced between games the whole time and had a blast. The food was better than I expected and there was plenty to keep us busy. It turned into one of those days where nobody wanted to leave.

  Shout-out to Cole, a super helpful Human Crane operator! :) My son quickly became overwhelmed once he got up into the air and began to cry. Cole immediately stopped the game and brought my kiddo down. He unhooked him, let him calm down, and then showed him how the game operates. He took the time, got down on his level, and explained to him that he was safe! Kiddo ended up completing the game and feeling so proud of himself. (A big deal for a kiddo on the autism spectrum to face his fears like that!) Cole even had a little chat with him after about being brave. You guys are incredibly fortunate to have such a compassionate fella working for you!! Thanks for giving us such an incredible first experience at Dave and Busters. We will absolutely be back!

  Still waiting for my refund! I visited their restaurant on April 25. I ordered Crisp Apple Pecan Salad (a small side salad without meat, as I am a vegetarian) but the server brought me Sweet Apple Pecan Salad with Grilled Chicken (with meat, obviously, and a lot more expensive than what I ordered). I said that's not what I had ordered and so he took it away and promptly brought me the salad I wanted. However, they charged me for the Sweet Apple Pecan Salad with Grilled Chicken which, as I mentioned, cost more than the salad I ordered. The manager said I would get a refund in something like five business days. He didn't even apologize for the mistake and neither did the server. It's June 1 today and I am yet to receive my refund. This place is also overpriced, by the way.
