  The service was good. Took advantage of the eat and play. Didn't like that your choice of food didn't change with the packages. If you get the unlimited package the food is the same as if you get the lowest package. Was a good time

  You get sooo many credits there omggg!!!! We bought the 20$ one for 5 girls each and we couldn't even use all our game tokens within 2 hours !!!! Its alot !!!! Loved coming here !!! Busy but still enough games for everyone to have a pick. Didn't eat food here just came to play !!!

  The food was great, we were worried the fries would be soggy but they were perfect! Maggie was a fantastic server, she was great with my kids and helped our early birthday celebration (all three) of us feel very special. Thank you Maggie!

  Games were fun me and my loved one had a great night. Sevice was absolutely terrible, waiter didn't introduce himself or welcome us in. Litteraly just put his hand on the table and just said "what do you want", lucky I even tipped him because he did not focus on the table. Lady at the front had the worst attitude. All I could say about my experience was food was decent but over priced, games were pretty good, but the service was the worst and like they hate their jobs.

  I want to share a truly special experience at Dave & Buster's Omaha. We celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday, and everything felt even more beautiful thanks to our amazing server, Maggie. From the very beginning, she was kind, attentive, and always had a warm smile. She made sure we had everything we needed and paid attention to every detail. The most special part was how she prepared a sweet moment to wish my daughter a happy birthday—it made the celebration even more memorable. People like Maggie truly make a difference.
