  We had stopped in to get take out food, we were kinda lost for a second then Christie or christina (i’m not sure how to spell it) found us, she was honestly the biggest sweetheart and made the experience more worth it!!! i would give her all the raises in the world just to have her as our server. Overall it was very nice stopping in since it was a tuesday it was pretty relax and not busy. I’d recommend anyone to come in and just hang again!!

  We sat down at 10:30 pm and it it took 45 minutes for our food order to get taken we also had to wait at least 20 minutes for each drink we would order. We didn’t get up to start playing games until 12:15 and when I purchased and unlimited playing cat it wouldn’t even work so I went and talk to a lady and she said she gave my friends two new ones so when I went and asked my friends they said they didn’t receive any other playing cards so I told another friend there and she went to get me a new card because at that point I wanted a refund I was so over the service being absolutely shit and the same lady I talked to basically started arguing with the girl who went back to talk to her about it and so they gave me a new card with $55 on it and I got to swipe it to play a game it only has 23 remaining points so maybe two other games and on google safari and maps it says they are open until 2 am but they closed the arcade at 1:00 am so we just left I will never be returning there and I still want the refund cause with all the troubles I went through I only got to play one game for $55 which is crazy I understand I went late but also if they weren’t taking their sweet time and done their jobs correctly the first time me and my friends could’ve been playing at 11:30 at the latest.

  Food was good overall. No real complaints. A few things could have a bit more flavor. Drinks were good and the service was about what you would expect at a restraint on a busy night.

  Went to Omaha on August 12th and stopped in Dave and Busters. Our server was PHENOMENAL. Actually sat down to take the time to go over everything and explain the packages. The food was amazing as well. He definitely deserves a raise 👏 Only complaint I have is the guy working the prize center was more concerned about his phone than to help people and was extremely rude.
