    A coworker & myself took a good size group of folks to this DQ today. I have nothing but good things to say. Every single employee went above and beyond what is "typical " for the average fast food business. I was very impressed. Keep up the excellent work!!

    my party placed an online order at 8:45…we went to pick up inside since that was the option selected-and when we went inside an employee rudely said, “the lobbies closed, you have to get out.” *MIND YOU there are other customers eating in the lobby. i am extremely upset with this, as i am paying for this meal. very disappointing. hope things turn around…

    Absolutely ridiculous experience at Dairy Queen. We sat in the drive-thru for 40 minutes only to reach the ordering screen and be told they were out of vanilla ice cream. How does an ice cream shop run out of vanilla? After wasting that much time, we didn’t want to leave with nothing, so we settled for something we didn’t even want. When we asked for a discount because of the inconvenience, they refused. The poor planning and complete lack of customer service are unacceptable. If you can’t keep your most basic product in stock and can’t do anything to make it right after customers wait nearly an hour, you shouldn’t be in business. Save your time and go somewhere else.

    The new building is extremely nice and the girl who was working the drive through window has one of the best attitudes I’ve encountered in fast food.

    With the new store they should have hired friendly people. Store is brand new and looks nice but the people are STILL rude. I thought I would give it another chance but not anymore. They had a store FULL of people and I still waited so long for my order I had to go back up and ask TWICE for my food. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not return.
