I ordered around 4:50 PM today, and I posted my receipt so there’s no confusion about what I actually ordered. The burrito I received was NOTHING like the burrito on my receipt. It had corn and tomato, no lettuce, and NO GUACAMOLE — even though guacamole was an extra charge. So I’m paying extra for something that wasn’t even included? How does that make sense? Then there’s my bowl. I specifically ordered the red sauce ON THE SIDE. Instead, the bowl was absolutely drenched in red sauce, and somehow we ALSO received the sauce on the side. So apparently “on the side” means dump a bunch of it directly onto the food AND give it to us on the side? Seriously? This isn’t a minor mistake or forgetting one ingredient. Almost the entire order was made incorrectly, and we paid around $40 for food that wasn’t even what we ordered. I understand mistakes happen, but this was way beyond a simple mistake. If customers are paying for specific ingredients and modifications, the least you can do is actually follow the order. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience and would like this resolved.

Today they were out of lots of ingredients and I was excited to redeem my rewards and get my bag of chips and the chips were really stale and disgusting. It was such a waste. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location. I’ve only had issues with this chipotle and it sucks cause it’s the closest to my place.
