  i dont make reviews like that but my god the service here by this one middle aged white lady was horrible. everybody else had a vibe, except her. like i worked in food before i get it it can be stressful at times don't get me wrong, but this was different. walked up to the line & she just blank stares at me until she says "you gonna get anything?" all snarky like idk if you're preoccupied or working on a mobile order or something. every time she picked up a scoop of something she was rolling her eyes & literally throwing the scoop back into the bins with attitude. she looked like she was livid as hell at me for no reason, was audibly scoffing after every time id ask for something, there were times where she was clenching her fists & literally pounding the table. i was using my p's & q's, i didn't order an entire catering order with no advance, wasn't being a difficult customer or anything literally did nothing to warrant this type of service. idk i don't expect much from fast food but this was wild man i just hope she's not a manager or anything

  I went today to get a rice bowl for me and my significant other and once we got home 20 minutes later and started eating the rice was very undercooked, I tried a few more bites but all 3 were crunchy and rock hard so i threw it away. I tried to do the support on the chipotle app and after wasting 30 minutes of my time so I called the chipotle store by Westroads mall and although I already threw it away and live 20 minutes away the worker basically told me there was nothing they can do to refund me so I wasted 25 dollars and a hour of my time all for nothing, I’m very frustrated and honestly haven’t had that bad of customer service from anywhere ever!!

  actually horrible, no one seems like they want to be there, i got a burrito and i never mentioned guacamole and the girl puts the fattest scoop of guacamole on the burrito, all i asked for toppings was lettuce, cheese, queso and hot sauce, i actually hate guacamole with a passion, definitely never going to this chipotle again and you shouldn’t either.

  Worst chipotle ever! Super dirty! Every single table was a mess! Every single person working seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Ordered a chicken bowl and it didn’t even have any chicken the white rice was dried out. Very unorganized! Didn’t even finished my meal.

  Look, I love Chipotle. It’s my favorite food. Usually, it’s the greatest choice on God's green earth. But tonight? Man, tonight was something else. ​I walked into this location on July 13th around 9:00 PM. The place was practically a ghost town. Just one lady paying for her food, and that was it. You’d think I’d get a "hello," a "welcome," or even a "hey man, give us a second." Nothing. Zero. I stood there for nearly three whole minutes, completely invisible, while three employees just looked right through me. I get it, you’ve got online orders. The internet is booming. But damn, you can't even acknowledge a human being standing right in front of you? ​When someone finally decided to serve me, she didn't say a single word. She just stared at me. No "what can I get you?", just a cold, silent stare like I was interrupting her day by wanting to buy food. I ordered my toppings, and she just kept staring. Not a single word. It was hostile for no reason! ​Shoutout to the guy at the cash register, though. He was the only person who actually spoke to me like a human being and showed some real kindness. ​I don't blame Chipotle corporate for this, but management seriously needs to check in on their staff. If you hate working here that much, brother, find another gig. Worst service I've ever had.
