- AZAaron ZachJun 10, 20261.0I ordered a burrito and for sauces I asked for the hot sauce, it was low and he scraped the sides of the tin and a large congealed frozen piece came with the ladle. I asked if he could please remove that part and he said no. I paid for my burrito, left and immediately threw it away at home. Thanks Chipotle!

The gentleman on the phone was very polite and had a great conversation with him when I came in. The guy making my food and the cashier were also pleasant. My burrito was delicious. 10/10 the customer service will keep me coming back!
