- DDdivzy divMar 29, 20261.0I had one of the worst experiences at this Chipotle. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional from start to finish. One employee was literally using his hands to remove extra rice from a bowl, which was very off-putting and unhygienic. The portion sizes were noticeably small, and the overall attitude of the staff made the experience even worse. When I politely asked for utensils on the side, the employee sighed and rolled her eyes, which was completely unnecessary. What was most shocking was seeing staff take food out of a customer’s bowl and put it back into the serving containers if they felt it was “too much.” I have never seen anything like this before. Overall, very disappointing experience — poor service, questionable food handling, and an unwelcoming environment. Definitely not what I expect from Chipotle.

What made things worse was the interaction with this employee. She was very aggressive, unwelcoming, and came across as rude when responding to customers. Instead of handling concerns professionally, her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Instead of treating customers properly, their attitude made the situation worse and felt disrespectful. Very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
