- LLLDJul 29, 20262.0Visited this Chipotle last night and was blown away by an employee named Sarah. Sarah had a terrible attitude with customers and her fellow employees. I did not appreciate her taking out her frustrations on customers or the employees. As the employee/manager, whatever her title is, it’s your job to guide the customer and the flow of the line. When I got to the cold items portion of the line, Sarah just stares at me after not speaking the entire time. There was no “I’ll be with you in a moment.” “Finishing up another order and I’ll be with you” or “I’m ready for you, what would you like on your bowl?” I witnessed her several times, demand tasks from other employees with no please or thank yous. Then when employees would ask her for an item or to squeeze by her on the line, she would roll her eyes and huff and puff about it. The food was good. The restaurant was not tidy at all. Customer service was abysmal.
