Our daughter’s cheese quesadilla had a nicotine pouch in there that we didn’t notice right away. She was chewing on something that looked like white cheese but then like a straw wrapper. We had her spit it out and as we opened it, there was a bunch of white powder. We brought it to the managers attention who was ambivalent at best. Showed zero remorse or concern for our daughter. They refunded the cost of just her quesadilla (which any refund doesn’t matter and not the goal of letting management know). We filed a report with corporate and will be monitoring our daughter for any symptoms.

UPDATE: I received an automated message that they would like to look into my concern, provided an explanation to the website, and then received an email that basically said: "we're sorry, but oh well".

Seemed a bit high, so looked at my receipt and I was charged $2.95 for guacamole, 32% the price of the rice bowl. I wouldn't have paid that much for it, but when they asked me if I wanted it, they never mentioned it was an additional cost. I know prices have gone up everywhere, but $5.65 more for queso/guac/sauce is crazy.
