However, I've had multiple orders that were wrong and in the most recent experience got bad service from the person who I guess is in charge of the location. I gave poor reviews in the app after consistent wrong orders. No outreach. And before I get a canned response about "reach out to us at...", I already did. I got an email saying "we're so sorry and looking into it and will address it" and nothing else. Forgive me if I don't believe you. Needless to say, I won't be rushing back.
