- JLJustin Lane2 days ago1.0Really disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. We were given what was maybe half a scoop of chicken. When we politely asked for a full scoop—like Chipotle’s own CEO has publicly encouraged customers to do when portions look too small—the employees immediately became rude and tried to charge us for double chicken. We weren’t asking for extra chicken; we were asking for a normal full portion of what we had already paid for. The attitude was honestly worse than the portion size. Probably the last time we’ll visit this location. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can see why the parking lot always seems to be empty.
