However, I felt compelled to inform patrons of my negative experience. I went through the drive through, ordered Mac n cheese, kids meal, and a 8pc combo. My family’s drinks tasted pretty good, carbonated, etc. my sprite was flat and tasted like sweet water. I had to go through the trouble of getting out of my car, I’m in a rush by the way, and asking for another. I even heard them say they hadn’t the machine. Usually this wouldn’t be an issue, a quick fix. But the next one they gave me tasted off, like sweet water and hardly any carbonation. The same with the coke I asked for after. I am incredibly disappointed in their conduct, because I wasn’t offered a refund, or any kind of token of good will for my trouble. Where is chick-fil-a’s trademark hospitality, mistakes happen, I understand. But they way they are handled is what separates chick fil a from other franchises. But not today. in order to get a refund I had to ask repeatedly and go through 3 different drinks first. I hope that chick fil a can do better, and maybe taste their own drinks.

- NJNan JPSep 10, 20262.0I placed order for mobile pick up at 8:44PM and got to the restaurant at 8:55 PM. I ordered a market salad and got to the restaurant at 8:55 PM. I waited 9 minutes to get my order. After pulling away, I realized I didn’t get the granola and the almonds packets that come with the salad. I n addition, I didn’t get any silverware or a straw for my drink. I went back in line and waited another 13 minutes to get the missing items because the door was already closed. Such inconvenience!!! Chick-fil-A is the only fast food that I would patronize with, now I feel like I am left with no other options. I write this review because these inconveniences have happened many times over the past 3 months. One time I got home and realized I got a completely different order with another person’s name and I had to go back, another I ordered sweetened Sun-joy and got plain unsweetened iced tea. Other times missing condiments that were specified in the order. I understand that loosing one customer may not impact your profits at all, however, I’m hoping that you have a system that verify orders before handing them out to customers to avoid some of these inconveniences that I’ve experienced over and over again. I’m sure that I can’t be the only one who has gone through this. Thank you.
