  I wanted to leave a review specifically because of Lamar. A few months ago at the Dodge Street Chick-fil-A in Omaha, I watched him do something that genuinely stuck with me. A customer had already pulled away and apparently forgot part of their order. Lamar immediately took off running through the grass to catch the car at the stoplight so he could hand them their food. Then he ran back to the outdoor counter and continued working. Today, I saw him again while going through the drive-thru line and finally got his name. Even now, months later, that moment still sticks with me. It was such a small act, but it showed incredible care and kindness. This location is always friendly and efficient, but Lamar truly made a lasting impression. He deserves recognition for the way he goes above and beyond for people. 🤍

  Can't remeber the last time they got my order correct so if you plan on stopping at this one then you better make sure your order is all in the bag before you drive off.

  This is my favorite Chick Fil A location they always have the best customer service. Granite was very helpful!

  What a terrible Chic Fil A, it's so busy and I'm organized. Went yesterday, they forgot the chicken nuggets in the kids meal. I ordered a Southwest wrap they forgot the chicken inside the wrap! Will not go there again.

  This is a case where a horrible experience overshadowed other good ones. They completely forgot about my order in the drive thru and acted like it was no big deal, and wouldn’t own the mistake. I had been asked to pull forward to the stop sign to wait, and after sitting there for a while it was clear no one was coming. Got out of my car and walked back up to the window and they had no idea who I was, had to send someone outside to do a recon. Finally produced the order. Asked for a refund and they wouldn’t do it. “Sorry we were working through a rush, but we threw in a cookie”. I explained that had I not gotten out of my car, I would have been sitting there indefinitely. They didn’t seem to care. Complaining a bit more and she went back in and gave me a couple lunch coupons which felt like a slap in the face as the issue was for breakfast. Like she was trying to make a point. No excuse to leave a customer hanging indefinitely for 15 minutes in the drive thru for two sandwiches and some hash browns. Just own the mistake for what it is, and give the customer their money back.
