  What an awesome experience in an even better atmosphere! Mini bowling was a blast, the drinks were great, and the service was top notch.

  Champagne Lanes has a swanky, hip look and an undeniably fun vibe, but the front-of-house operations completely missed the mark during our visit. We went on a Friday evening during peak hours, and the staffing allocation made no sense. There was only a single bartender handling the entire floor. She was working her tail off, but leaving one person to run the bar on a busy weekend night is madness and led to long waits just to order a drink. Meanwhile, there were three separate staff members stationed at the duckpin bowling check-in desk. The real frustration came during our bowling session. We ran into a technical issue with the lane that took about 12 minutes to resolve. Lane rentals are strictly capped at one hour, and because of that lost time, we weren't able to finish our game. There was zero sense of urgency from the staff to get it fixed or make up for the lost time - in fact, it felt like we were an inconvenience just for asking for help. When you're paying premium prices to drink, eat, and bowl, customer service and functional logistics should match the aesthetic. It’s a great space with huge potential, but the lack of organization and indifferent service mean I won’t be heading back.

  As expected, the vibes were amazing, and this was the perfect spot for a bachelorette party! What really stood out to us, was the incredible service. Latjior, our server, was fantastic and handled our group of 10 girls well. Everyone went above and beyond to make the bride feel special by surprising her with a signed card featuring a hand-drawn portrait of her. A huge thank you to Harley for that thoughtful touch!

  We didn't end up eating so I left that part blank. However this is such a cool place! The staff is attentive and friendly, the prices are extraordinarily reasonable. It's kind of like a mix between ski ball and bowling and it was such a unique thing to do. The atmosphere here is also phenomenal (though I am biased as I have a slight tiger obsession 😅). Everything was clean and bright/colorful. I would definitely recommend a visit 😊
