  I love their brown sugar latte. But I got a coconut coffee drink and I could not taste any coconut, it tasted like regular coffee I was not really impressed. I wish they had a stronger flavor present. Overall I like the boba shop but I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who has had GOOD boba before.

  This was my second and last time probably going here, the taste of the drinks always has a watered down /bland taste to them, like they have to water things down to skimp out on their customers but make more profit for them… this is also the second time that they didn’t disclose their Upcharges for certain things… why offer coconut water as a base option without including the fact that it’s a .35 cent up charge… because it doesn’t say that on the menu is just says “choose a base” giving you three options but not saying the coconut water is an extra charge… anyways, on top of already paying for the base drinks, most of their drinks come without toppings so then I have to pay an extra .85-$1 for toppings. And then if your drink comes with toppings and you want to EXCHANGE the toppings they don’t disclose that that’s an upcharge as well which I quite frankly think is pretty weird as if it already comes with a topping why am I paying if I’m swapping it out… literally makes no sense to me. I guess you’re paying for the convince of it being in the mall…. So you’re paying mall prices But I would definitely recommend other boba places with better quality and prices , either just other boba places outside of the mall or the ones in oak view mall taste way better than this, and yes I did shop here, this review is based off of now TWO bad experiences. Almost $20 for two drinks is honestly outrageous.

  The taro I tried was a disappointing experience. It lacked the sweetness that is typically expected and had a very light concentration, making it less enjoyable than anticipated. For some reason I can’t reply you That’s the reason I am updating the review I pick today 7/23 at 12:43 PM and I paid 7.58+1 tip

  Went to bubbly tea in westroads today .2 out of the 3 drinks were right. My first experience with these drinks i wanted a strawberry tea and realized on the way home they gave me kumquat tea, I don't like kumquats and I didn't like this.
