  Just not impressed overall. Long wait times (12 min for one bagel), was told they couldn’t toast it since it just came out of oven? It was soft and almost undercooked so I would’ve preferred it to be toasted. I then had to cream cheese my own bagel the other day for some reason after being told to pull around to front which I find odd. The drive thru lady also asks if you want to tip her $1, $2, or $3, doesn’t even ask if you want to tip at all, just assumes, which I find odd to even ask at a drive thru. I will be going to the other locations.

  Slowest service I’ve ever had this morning and then as I’m checking out, the guy at the window asks “would you like to tip a dollar today sir” I had to have him repeat it because I wasn’t sure I heard what I thought I heard.

  Pretty hard to beat an everything bagel sandwich option from this place. Definitely one of my favorite places.

  If the manager hates the customers so much maybe she should consider getting a job that doesnt require interacting with people.

  I hate being asked if I want to tip in the drive thru. To me a tip is for good service. I discovered my sandwich was made wrong after I left the drive thru. Do I “get to” drive back to Bruggers, get out of my car and go inside to get the item I ordered as I asked? Does that mean I get my tip back?
