  Bruegger’s Bagels exceeded my expectations! The service was amazing, and the staff was so friendly, kind, and welcoming. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Everything was fresh and delicious, and I will definitely be coming back for my next catering event. Highly recommend!

  Why does this location no longer offer water?You have to purchase a bottle of water? Seems really shortsighted. I hope the other stores still offer water.

  Really can’t give accurate food opinion. Walked in one table 2 people eating nobody else inside store three people behind counter, one in back. Stood there for 12 minutes. Nobody asked to take my order or if there was anything I needed did not even acknowledge my presence. I finally walked out.

  Customers should not be getting asked by a cashier if we want to tip them when ordering in the drive thru, especially after waiting in line for over 20 minutes just for a car to get through.

  While going through the drive through, the cashier was very flustered and I felt very rushed. Maybe more staff if possible. I was charged extra fees without being told why until I asked when the total was calculated. It appears as though I was overcharged once I viewed my receipt. Even after that, the food was delicious. UPDATE: I called to talk to someone about the overcharge for the sandwich I purchased. I spoke with the shift lead and found out that the price was right but I was not informed of the upcharge for the different bagel. The shift lead was nice and put me on with the reginal manager who happened to be in the store and already knew of my initial review and situation. After our discussion and my sharing more of what happened she kindly apologized and offered to correct my order. They corrected the order today (4/23/26)! My breakfast sandwich was delicious...the double stack BTW. I'm grateful they listened and made things right. My family have more delicious bagels and I will be returning. Thank you Brueggers, you almost lost me...but you turned this situation around for me. Customer service means a lot and I enjoy spending my money where the business believes in treating people right and fixing errors if they occur.
