  Went at 12:30 they weren’t even busy, only ordered two bagels and forgot the cream cheese on one. Seems like employees were in a hurry to leave chairs were already up on half of tables. Very disappointed even left a tip

  Ordered a western no red onion 2 eggs to go and received one egg with red onion. I shouldn’t have to open my to go food up in shop to make sure it’s right. This is starting to be an almost every time I visit occurrence. It’s not just location specific this happens here and the dodge one.

  Stopped by the Bruggers on 114th last week and had the best experience. All of the employees were helpful, cheerful and efficient. The store looked very clean and the bagels -delicious as always!

  Love their bagels and food but my last online order from this morning I paid an extra 1.80 for avocado and they forgot to add it to my bagel ): their coffee was also watered down but I normally love their food and coffee!
