  Super cute place! LOTS of bagel options! I went early in the morning after work and I was greeted politely! I had never been there and they helped me through the process of what you can do!

  You never have enough staff to work the lobby AND do online orders - why not just shut one down. The music is always too loud for hearing deficient people. I just wasted $15 because you got my order wrong and 1) I don't want to eat the slop you provided and 2) I don't have time to go back and make you do it correctly. Could be a great place but just missing some of the finer touches you used to get with cheaper fast casual before everything was an encrapified with an app.

  They literally have the absolute best bagels I’ve ever tasted in my entire life, but that nasty rude lady at the front counter needs to find another job… Refused to make my bagel sandwich, all I asked, was for no pepper, because I’m allergic. And she absolutely refused to make my breakfast. The owners should be absolutely ashamed. They have someone like that working the front counter.

  Bruegger's Bagels was an average experience overall. Nothing was particularly bad, but nothing really stood out either. Just a mediocre place. I ordered the Bacon, Egg White & Avocado Bagel. It was fine, but it wasn't anything to write home about. It filled me up, but I didn't find myself thinking, "I need to come back for that." The staff weren't unfriendly, but they felt like they were simply going through the motions. The whole experience had more of an assembly-line feel than a welcoming neighbourhood coffee shop. The atmosphere also left something to be desired. It felt pretty sterile, with no background music to give the place any personality. I also found the stacks of coffee takeout containers around the dining area to be a bit of an odd decorating choice, which didn't really add to the ambiance. Overall, it's an okay place if you need a quick bagel, but it didn't really do much for me. There are other breakfast and coffee spots around Omaha that I'd be more inclined to visit before coming back here.

  The Bagels were good but we expected more based on the pictures. Was still a cool place to stop by.
