My server Bre was PHENOMENAL‼️ She made sure my food was made to perfection while also making me feel very comfortable & welcome! I will definitely be coming back to visit just due to the fact that I had an AMAZING SERVER!!!
I enjoy eating here, however, their rewards program is trash. I’ve sent several emails to get my birthday reward and now that day passed without getting an email for my free dessert. So much for caring that I’m a regular guest at your establishment I guess.

If you are in Omaha, make sure to visit Bonefish Grill. It is one of those places we return to every time we are in town.
Why? The food, the service, and the value for money.
During my recent visit, I tried the Surf & Turf, and it was one of the best dishes I have had in a long time. The steak was perfectly cooked, the lobster was delicious, and the combination worked exceptionally well. Special thanks also for the starters, which were excellent and set the tone for the entire meal.
The service was outstanding. Our server did a fantastic job, and all of her recommendations were spot on, including the wine pairing, which complemented the meal perfectly.
As for the price, in many comparable restaurants you would easily pay around $100 for a steak and lobster dish. Here, the price is roughly half of that. That said, this is not a “cheap” restaurant. Rather, it offers an excellent balance between quality, portion size, service, and price.
Overall, Bonefish Grill continues to be one of our favorite places in Omaha. Highly recommended.

They always step up and their customer service is over the top. The head chef, manager, servers and bartender I have all had the opportunity to experience a unique circumstance (we go fairly often) and they all chose such a gracious response. The food has always been excellent and we haven’t found anything on the menu we don’t like. We’ve even brought our team here multiple times and they enjoyed themselves very much.

While the service during our meal was already below expectations, the most concerning part of our experience happened afterward in the parking lot.
We used to have a Bonefish Grill in Iowa, and it was one of our favorite restaurants before it closed. We recently made a 2.5-hour trip to Omaha to take our children to the zoo and specifically chose to dine here because of the great experiences we’d had in the past.
After finishing our meal, we were preparing for the drive home. I was changing my child’s diaper in the trunk of our car when an employee approached me and loudly said, “The car is supposed to go IN BETWEEN THE LINES—it’s really inconvenient when you don’t park correctly.”
I was completely taken aback, especially since our vehicle was properly parked. The car that was incorrectly positioned belonged to my brother-in-law, not me. I calmly explained that it wasn’t my car, but the employee continued to raise her voice and lecture me about being inconsiderate.
This entire interaction was not only upsetting, but incredibly disappointing—especially considering we went out of our way and made a 2.5-hour trip with the intention of enjoying a place we once loved. No guest should ever be spoken to in such a disrespectful and confrontational manner, let alone a parent simply taking care of their child. This experience completely overshadowed our visit and left us with a very negative impression of a restaurant we once held in such high regard.
