I came in with my kids at this time and she was instantly annoyed. Another few people came in after us, and she loudly said to the other gal “yeah scratch that we’re for sure getting out way after 10” and talking under her breath about customers coming in so late. Even tho they are open until 10, I just watched her come lock the door early by 9:30 once the few of us walked out. I understand it’s frustrating to have people come in when closing is coming up, but there was 40 minutes at least until closing and she was very unprofessional about the frustration.
