The stand-alone unit was only half filled. No cakes, no pre-packed pints, only quarts. Stood at the counter for a good ten minutes before anyone moved to do anything. No "Welcome to Baskin-Robbins" no "Welcome to Dunkin" no "What can I get you?" no nothing. For ten minutes. Ordered five pints, they packed five, only charged me for four and I had to ask about the fifth pint before they charged me for it and gave it to me. I guess they thought I was pulling a fast one? At the end of the day I left with what I had intended to go in for, but the experience could have been better.

When it was handed to me I asked if that was hot fudge (which I knew it was not) so the gentleman when to the hot fudge canister which was either not working or low because he could not get any out. He took the top off and used a spoon to scoop up cold hot fudge on top of the chocolate sauce. Needless to say, that sundae when straight in the trash. I am dumbfounded why he thought that was acceptable. Normally I would have said something but I was not in the mood for an argument.

I ordered and paid for a custom birthday cake on August 9th for my daughter’s birthday, with a confirmed pickup time of September 5 at 6:00 PM. I ordered it almost FOUR WEEKS in advance. The cake was never made. I did not receive adequate notice before the scheduled pickup so I could make other arrangements. Instead, I found out the morning of my daughter’s birthday party that they did not have a cake decorator and her cake simply had not been made. So after ordering nearly a month ahead of time, I was left scrambling for a birthday cake the morning of her party. When I tried to get the situation resolved, there was no manager available. The employee I spoke with tried contacting the district manager and could not reach him. I repeatedly tried Baskin-Robbins customer service and couldn’t get through. I then submitted a formal complaint online. Days later, nobody from management or corporate has contacted me about what happened. Mistakes and staffing problems happen. What makes this experience unacceptable is accepting and confirming a custom order weeks in advance, failing to make it, failing to give the customer enough notice to find an alternative, having no management available to resolve it, and then not following up afterward. The young employee working that morning was put in an awful position having to deal with a situation she did not create while apparently having no management available to help her. My frustration is not directed at her. If you’re ordering something for a birthday or another event where actually receiving it on the promised date matters, I would personally go somewhere else. A confirmation apparently was not enough to ensure my order would actually be made, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend trusting this location with an important custom order.

Is the Birthday Club just for kids?
No way! The Birthday Club is for anyone who loves ice cream; however, you must be 13 or older to join.
How do I sign up for the Birthday Club?
Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
Yes. Registered businesses can purchase $500 or more in Baskin-Robbins gift cards from the Inspire Brands Corporate Gift Card Program. Visit here, or email bulkgiftcards@inspirebrands.com if you have questions about this program.
Where can I use my Baskin-Robbins gift card?
Our gift cards are accepted at participating Baskin-Robbins locations, Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins combo locations and Dunkin’ locations in the U.S. only.

Please treat your Baskin-Robbins gift card like cash. We cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen. However, you can register your gift card in the BR App to keep track of it digitally.

No. Baskin-Robbins gift cards do not expire.
Can I get cash back for my unused Baskin-Robbins gift card?
