    staff is very weird you'll walk in for an order and nobody will help you nobody at the front ever, been here several times, everytime I come in staff just ignores you like your not even there, food here has really gone down hill super high price for a terrible roast beef sandwich

    Zero star service wasn't an option. Not only do they make you pull forward to wait when you're THE ONLY CAR IN LINE....they completely forget about your order and leave you hanging for 15 minutes... Not to mention the drive through MIGHT be the slowest drive through in Omaha. I'm talking 10 plus minutes from order to window on a GOOD day... I've had multiple bad experiences, not just one. Not sure why it takes so long per vehicle. I remember a time where fast food was actually FASTER than going home and cooking.

    Food is good and consistent. Typically use the drive through with my dog. They always ask if the dog wants a pup cup.

    Ordered on-line. Workers weren't attentive to customers waiting in line. 12 minutes after promise time I noticed my food sitting on a counter/ledge behind the counter. I inquired about it -- it had Sat up there for nearly 10 minutes when I asked if that was my food. It was handed to me without apology. I ate in store and it was barely warm. I was at work and had a set amount of time for my meal and I didn't have time to ask fir a remake.
