  Ordered the 1/2 lb Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Got home and it was a wet mess. Unable to eat it as a sandwich, I decided to just take it back and go elsewhere. Arrived, and asked for a refund. They said they don't do refunds but they could make another sandwich. I didn't want another sandwich as, they considered the one I was returning as good enough to go out to a customer. No swearing, no voice raising but the person behind the counter walked away without offering any resolution or concern. So, I left. $20 gift to the proprietor I guess.

  Erica was the lady at drive through and she was super nice! She is pet friendly and all. Loved the happy friendly ness she showed. Would definitely come back! Thanks Erica for the great experience!!

  Low count on stars as speed of service was slow. I ordered the box deal. Everything was only a little warm, except the peach wrap. That was hot...but that's because it was burnt. They recognized my patience for waiting but wouldn't have to wait as long if they hadn't burned the peach wrap. And the other food would have warmer.
