  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is by far one of my favorite Arby's locations in Omaha! The food is always fresh and delicious, the restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Every time I visit, I'm greeted with friendly smiles and outstanding customer service. A special shoutout to the General Manager, Alicia, and the amazing crew members Naelycia, Carol, and RaeRae. They consistently go above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and genuine kindness keep me coming back. If you're looking for great food and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend the Arby's on 84th & Center. Keep up the amazing work!

  The gal in the drive thru had a great personality and was very kind! And the food was good as usual.

  The good: food was hot. The bad: no soap in men's restroom. Restaurant was not busy.... 1 couple in restaurant, 1 in line behind us. Took over 10 minutes to get our two combo meals. Sat by window watching one sandwich sit there for 15 mins.

  Food was great as always. I’m giving the 3 star review due to coming in today and being treated poorly by a female employee. The First Lady that took my order was great. It was at the moment when I saw all of the different sauces in opened boxes on the counter almost as if they were there for customers to grab. I grabbed 3 each for f 2 sauces… and the one lady yelled at me like I was a child and continued to tell me if I want sauces she will grab them for me and give them to me… after telling me to put the sauces in the box while saying okay!?? Yeah okay!!? Staring me down like I just robbed the place. It’s sauce packets for one and for two! They are free… and I paid for my order already. If you can’t be respectful and hold your irritated thoughts in your brain, possibly think of not working in customer service. Judi to the lady who rang me out though she’s the best. Wish I could give names but I didn’t catch them. My order Id number was AAB67NNAACBM.
